By using the Tiporo app or the website freetipsbetting.com you agree to these terms.

1. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tiporo.

2. Entertainment and information only
Tiporo provides football predictions and statistics for entertainment and information. Predictions are opinions; no outcome, profit or winning rate is guaranteed. Past results do not guarantee future results. Tiporo is not a betting operator: you cannot place bets or win real money in the app. Any decision you make, including betting with third parties, is your own responsibility. Make sure betting is legal where you live and always play responsibly.

3. Account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your account or try to access other users' accounts. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse rewards or try to manipulate the app.

4. Coins
Coins are virtual items used only inside Tiporo to unlock tips and features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Coins earned for free (wheel, daily rewards, invitations, the prediction game) may be adjusted if obtained through abuse.

5. Purchases and subscriptions
Coin packages, wheel spins and VIP subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions); cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

6. User content
Comments and messages must not contain insults, spam, advertising, illegal content or personal information of others. We may remove content and limit features for users who break these rules.

7. Availability
We try to keep Tiporo available and the data accurate, but match data comes from third-party providers and the service may sometimes be interrupted, delayed or contain errors. Features, sections and prices may change.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiporo is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, resulting from the use of the app or reliance on its predictions.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Tiporo after a change means you accept the new terms. The latest version is available at https://freetipsbetting.com/terms
